If you wish not to receive these emails you may contact us to be removed from our email list. For the safety and security of our customers, your payment information is not saved in our system.

There is never a fee for sending payments through Paypal, which securely processes your card even if you do not have a Paypal account, you can still pay us with a credit or debit card!
If you wish to pay with a credit or debit card, please choose the Credit/Debit card option at checkout. We will invoice you for a secure payment transaction using your card through Paypal.
Credit card and Paypal payments must be completed at time of check out.
We do NOT accept personal checks or Money Orders. No exceptions.

Shipping Charges- Standard Shipping Rates for UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air and USPS Priority Shipping are based on the weight calculations of each item in your shopping cart and the shipping destination. Some larger orders or items may have additional shipping charges which are calculated when the item is added to your shopping cart and also depending on the shipping destination.
Domestic & International Orders- We ship orders to the 48 intercontinental United States including Alaska, Hawaii and Internationally. International orders are shipped by your choice of either UPS or USPS Priority which may take between 5-10+ business days to receive depending on the destination and custom regulations.
Processing:
- Please allow 3-5 days on Domestic Orders
- 7-10 days on International Orders.
We try to ship complete orders however, all or some products ordered may be shipped separately and at varying times due to the size or contents of the order.
Return/Exchange Policy:
We believe the products that we sell at The Punky Pup.com are made to the highest quality of standards. Each item we sell was individually selected to give you a unique variety of merchandise exclusive to our store. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and are available by email to answer any questions you may have prior to or after placing your order.
Although we understand that sometimes people make purchases that do not suit their needs, The Punky Pup.com does not offer credit-back refunds. Exchanges and store credits are available within seven days of receipt of your order with certain exclusions below.
All returned products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with tags still attached in the original form of packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a store credit request or exchange if the returned item(s) does not comply with this policy.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or insured USPS for your return. We are not responsible for returns lost in the mail.
Due to health regulations, pet blankets, beds, carriers and toys are final sales. They cannot be returned, even for an exchange or store credit.
Custom & Special Orders, Select Sale and Clearance items are final sale with no exceptions. Please allow extra processing time for Custom & Special Orders to be completed as stated in the item description which may take approximately 2+ weeks to ship.
Please be sure to measure your pet correctly and refer to the sizing charts that have been provided for your reference.
We are sorry but, no cancellations are accepted after an order has been processed. Orders are shipped out promptly after they are processed, we appreciate your understanding.
If you receive an item damaged in shipment please contact us as soon as possible to resolve the matter with the carrier service.
